A few quick things…
1. Do you need some motivation to work out today or this weekend? Check out this interesting photo I found of two body scans. One is a women who is 120 pounds and the other is a women at 250 pounds. I know it certainly made me happy that I worked out this morning. (…note….as pointed out by a good friend…I DO NOT condone what’s being said underneath in the comments section..I just thought the pictures were fascinating)

2. On a lighter note (no pun intended) I found this video cute and inspiring. HAVE SOME FUN THIS WEEKEND! It’s not absolutely necessary that you have fun, but life is better when you do.

- Stop hiding who you really are
- Start being intensely selfish
- Stop following the rules
- Start scaring yourself
- Stop taking it all so damn seriously
- Start getting rid of the crap
- Stop being busy
- Start something
Do something YOU want to do this weekend. Try not to worry about the small things and do the things that make you happy and are fun to you! Get rid of the clutter in your life…including that negative attitude about yourself and/or your body. As I have mentioned before, today is the first day of the rest of your life. Why do you have to wait until Monday to start working out, start eating better or just doing that silly, crazy, fun thing you want to do this weekend?
Think about it. Just start….why are you procrastinating?

I’ve got to say, while examining through 100’s associated with weblogs weekly, your style on this weblog differs from the others (for the right factors). Unless you mind me personally asking, what’s the title on this style or perhaps wouldn’t it be considered a custom made affair? It’s considerably much better than your themes or templates I personally use for a lot of regarding my personal blogs ;–)
