If you just have 30 minutes to workout…give this quickie a try. It’s short, but tough. This is a workout I would do if I was not pregnant as well…I would just use heavier weights. 🙂
I used 40/20 intervals (40 seconds of work for each exercise with 20 seconds of rest between each one). I repeated this entire workout 3 times for a total of 30 minutes.
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Side Plank (Right)
- Kettlebell Snatches (Right)
- Side Plank (Left)
- Kettlebell Snatches (Left)
- Chest Press with band
- Steps Ups
- Tricep Dips
- Kettlebell Deadlifts
- Bicep Curls with Dumbell
I did the workout above this past weekend because I was meeting a friend for lunch and decided to sleep until 10:30 that day. Although it’s extremely rare for me to sleep that late, I am fully aware that my days of lazy, sleeping-in mornings are numbered with this baby on the way. I took full advantage of catching up on sleep and still got in a great workout in 30 minutes.
You better believe I used my sweet Gymboss Timer again. It’s a great tool for $20. It’s the little things in life, right?
What’s your favorite workout to do if you are limited on time?
