Had a great workout with hubby today. I am loving our weekend track workouts lately.
Today’s workout:
Warm up and jog 1/2 mile
- Lunges (50+ Yards)
- Run 1/4 mile
- Pushups (I did 13, he did 25)
- Run 1/4 mile
- 50 Swings (I used 16K, he used 20K)
- Run 1/4 mile
- 50 Snatches (I used 14K, he used 20K)
- Run 1/4 mile
We did this whole thing ALMOST 2 times through (although hubby stopped before the 2nd round of swings and I stopped before the 2nd round of snatches). His back was starting to hurt since he has 2 previously herniated discs and my form went to crap since I was dead tired. Stop while you’re ahead, right?
Now off to see Zac Brown Band with some friends. What a perfect Saturday.
