Last week I posted a workout that I’m doing as part of my preparation for RKC…coming up in just over 4 weeks.
Here is a video of these exercises.
A few things:
- My husband was working out with me and you can hear the end of his set of something in the first few seconds.
- I didn’t include the Turkish Get Up in this video, but you’ll see it in another video later this week.
- I forgot to video my one-hand swings when I was doing them as part of my workout (with the 24K) so in the video I’m using a 20K.
- I only show presses on the right, but I’m working on both sides (obviously)…and yes I look angry when I’m pressing because I am. 😉

Great video – thanks for sharing. I’m just getting into KBs b/c of injury. I can’t do high impact, so loving things like swings, figure 8’s, etc for raising the heart rate. Been doing lots of tabata and HIIT workouts.

You are going to love kettlebells. Maybe the injury was a blessing in disguise. 😉
