Two small ideas about pumpkins and heads. Totally unrelated. 🙂
1. I love fall more and more as I get older. I love the weather and I love the foods that are associated with this time of year, mainly pumpkins and apples. I saw somewhere a few weeks ago that someone adds pumpkin to their oatmeal so of course I had to add some to my cold oats. The verdict: AMAZING. Try it.
2. I hear a lot of girls talk about how annoyed they get with their hair when they are working out. In fact, I have heard people say that they don’t want to work out too hard because when they sweat their hair gets in their face and it drives them crazy. Lame excuse, especially
when there is a simple way to be more comfortable. Buy some elastic headbands. Put your hair up in a ponytail or bun and toss on a headband to keep the hairs around your face (or bangs) out of the way. If it doesn’t stay put spray a little hairspray to keep it in place. Wa – la.
