We had the kettlebell workshop on Saturday and it was great! We had a great group of people working their butts off. Pics to come. We’ll have another date soon so keep me posted if you’re interested.
Here’s my new favorite workout using kettlebells and a pull up bar. It’s simple and effective (and fun!).
Overhead walks
Romanian Deadlifts 10 reps each side
Renegade Rows 10 reps
…repeat x4
Double Kettlebell Swings
(5 min – 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest)
Assisted Pullups w/ band 8 reps
Goblet Squats 8 reps
…repeat x4
Single Kettlebell Swings (5 min – 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest)
