I have said this on here before so if you’re a long time reader you might be thinking…I know. I get it. You lost a lot of hair when you had CJ. Get over it. Don’t worry…I am 100% over it, but you’ll see where this is going.
As you probably know, your hair gets thick (and usually kind of beautiful) during pregnancy. What you may or may not know that you start losing all of that extra hair about 3 months postpartum (I know this is different for everyone).
My hair was falling out in clumps…all over the bathrooms, my office chair (side note: wahoo to not working in an office anymore!), my car and everywhere. I honestly avoided brushing it sometimes because of how much I knew was going to come out.
A few months later things were back under control. I still had some flyaways growing back around my hairline (see above), but those bad boys are a few inches long now. I recently dove back into the world of bangs and have been trying to actually style my hair a bit more often.
Let’s be honest though, now that I work at a gym (and from home) my hair usually looks like this. However, I still want to take care of it and have the ability to make it look nice when I want to!
