Join us and learn Kettlebell Training from the best (my husband!). Just think, once you know how train with kettlebells without hurting yourself, you can invest in a few kettlebells and train any time you want without even leaving your house! Wouldn’t that be nice during the snow storms we have been having??
Here’s a bit more info about the different levels. Each workshop is 2 hours long and costs $150.
Kettlebell Workshop Level 1
Learn Hardstyle Kettlebell training techniques! In this intro workshop you will learn all of the basics you need to know to begin training with Kettlebells.
This is a great workshop for current Kettlebell athletes who want to refine their technique or for beginners looking to start training with this incredible tool.
What You’ll learn in Level 1:
- Two-handed swings
- One-handed swings
- Alternating swings
- Cleans
- Goblet Squats
- Hardstyle Plank

Kettlebell Workshop Level 2
Level 2 Workshops are designed for athletes that are proficient with the Level 1 skills taught by Skill of Strength.
This workshop is more advanced and is sure to challenge any kettlebell enthusiast.
What You Will Learn in Level 2:
- Thoracic spine and shoulder mobility
- Arm bar
- Turkish get-up
- Snatches
- Double kettlebell work
