Hope everyone had a great weekend and those of you who celebrate had a wonderful Easter!
Here’s a quick video from this past Friday morning. I was 34 weeks and 1 day at the time…now inching up on 35 weeks. Ahh!
I was doing deadlifts with the 28K Kettlebell which is about 62 pounds. This actually felt really light, but I wanted to make sure my
form was okay so I stayed light (for me) for now. My full workout is posted below.
Enjoy!
Pregnancy Workout at 34 Weeks:
Part 1
- Lateral band walks
- Squat and row with band (10 reps)
*Repeat all 4 times
Part 2
- Kettlebell Deadlift (8 reps)
- Side Plank (50 seconds R/L)
- Assisted Chin Ups (2 reps)
- I have been doing these in the past week and they feel okay. It’s hard since I am so much heavier now and haven’t been doing chin-ups at all for the past 6 months or so, but really been missing chin ups and pull ups so figured I would give it a try. ๐
*Repeat all 4 times
Part 3
- Kettlebell Swings with 16K Kettlebell – 5 minutes (30 seconds swings/30 seconds rest)
Gearing up for hopefully another great week. ๐

How many kettlebells do you and your husband have? 62 lbs when pregnant is great! Keep it up! And what a great idea to do assisted chin ups. I wish I had thought of that. I’ve really been missing chin ups and pull ups and been sort of sad watching my husband do them. Thanks again for your blog. Love it! I’ve got two weeks left and been keeping up with my workout. So much fun to follow a fellow mom-to-be in her journey to stay healthy and raise a healthy family!

We have an embarrassingly large amount of kettlebells. We do workshops and we have a training studio so we do use a lot of them. ๐ I couldn’t do assisted chin ups before bc it just didn’t feel right, but I tried again this past week and it felt good…just HARD since I am heavier and haven’t done them in so long! Soon enough you’ll be back in full action anyway! ๐ We both will! It’s been great chatting with you too and I’m so proud of you for keeping up with working out this whole time. I can’t believe you only have 2 weeks left. AHH!
