Two weeks ago Interval Momma became a client of mine. It’s super exciting since I have wanted her to incorporate some strength work into her routine for a long time now. I think it will help her feel so much better overall!
I trained my mom the last 2 weekends and this morning she said she was going to do the workout on her own at home. We’re starting simple… her workout includes, modified pushups, squats, lateral band walks, planks, bird dogs and more. She’s doing great so far!
This morning I received this picture from my dad with the message “Look what you did to my wife.”
