I EXPECT a lot. From myself, my kids, my husband {just ask him}, my friends, our staff, etc. I think {and hope} I also GIVE a lot of myself in return.
That said, in sticking with my promise to write every Tuesday, I was going to come up with a whole list of things to help you stay consistent with your health and fitness goals over the next 2-3 weeks as chaos ensues. Like it hasn’t already, right?
You know what though? Other people have done a damn good job of doing this already in the last week or so. And just like you, I’ve got a lot to do. So I’m adjusting my expectations for myself a bit and instead of hearing too much more from me today, you’re getting a compilation of a few great articles and podcasts that will help you finish 2017 strong and merry.
