I have a few good posts that I’m working on, but in the meantime I’ll leave you with a quick post about my phone conversation tonight with my 5 1/2 year old niece. My husband was at his brother’s house and my neice wanted to call and talk to me. When I didn’t answer she suggested to hubby that maybe I was at the hospital having the baby and couldn’t make it to the phone.
Finally I get on the phone with her and she says:
“Did the baby come out of your belly yet?”
I said no and asked if she had hers yet to which she responded yes. (She’s been telling me that she’s having one too.)
I asked if she had a boy or a girl and she said “TWINS! One of each.”
Then she switched topics and told me that she wanted to come work out with us at our house and continued, “but can you handle me?”
I love this girl. 🙂 It made me wish that us adults could be more confident and speak what’s on our minds just like children do!
She is a 30 year old in a 5 year old body. And by the way she is telling everyone you r having twins
