Your teachers and your parents always told you not to be afraid to ask questions! Guess what? As adults that is STILL true. Take advantage of those around you who know what you WANT to know.
I love learning and asking questions. You never know whens someone is going to have an answer that will completely change your outlook on something or inspire you to be better than ever.
I know there are a lot of people out there who have questions about how to work out and what to eat in order to accomplish specific goals. Just know that your questions are not stupid if you have a question, someone else probably has the same question!
As a follow up to my last post where I mentioned doing efficient workouts…
Maybe you thought. Hmmm I get it, but WHAT is an efficient workout that I can do?
Instead of going out for a leisurely walk or run, try this.
Warm Up
Jog (or walk
depending on your fitness level) for 5 min to warm up.
Workout for 10 minutes (10 total sprints)
Jog (walk) for 50 seconds
Sprint for 10 seconds
…repeat 10 times
Cool Down
Jog (or walk) 5 min to cool down.
Need some inspiration? Check out this video. It’s incredible. You think you have it rough because you were up too late last night or you dont feel like working today? Think again.
I was kind of grumpy this week about some things that really don’t matter in the big picture. Sometimes it’s easier said than done to be thankful for what you have instead of worrying about what you don’t have. This guy has got that down. “No Arms. No Legs. No Worries?” WOW.
