Let’s face it – there are so many things in your life that you can’t control. Why not focus on what you can change and work on adjusting to make the best of situations when things are out of your control?
Here’s an excuse I hear all the time. “I have no time to workout.”
Workouts do not have to be time consuming. Be a woman on a mission…get in and get out. Schedule in 3-6 hours a week to workout and give it your all during those times. C’mon you know you spend a lot more than 3 hours a week watching TV. I’ll say it again. You do not need to do long bouts of cardio to get in shape.
Check out this article on high intensity training. I particularly love the pictures. 🙂 Now, instead of looking at your lack of time as an excuse not to workout, you can adjust! Use lack of time as a reason to work on some high intensity training instead of trying to schedule long cardio sessions.
