Here’s a video of a workout that I did on vacation.
I was trying to pass the Russian Kettlebell Snatch test which is 100 snatches in 5 minutes. I was surprised because it was my first try (although I have been incorporating a lot of snatches into my workouts) and I kicked this test in the bumbina. 🙂

I just remind myself, it's just 10 snatches per side every minute, just..10..per..side 😉
