My Butt is Big, Strong is Beautiful

My husband, Mike, actually found this image on someone’s blog and said that it reminded him of me. Not sure most people would take this as a compliment coming from their husband, but I tried to.

I truly do think that strong is more beautiful than skinny, but it’s hard for many women to see that with our society the way that it is. I would much rather be able to eat and workout than starve myself thin.

With Thanksgiving this week…just a quick shout out to all of you fit gals out there who work hard for your nice round butt and muscular legs and arms.

Enjoy the Holiday with your family and friends and I hope everyone has some time off from work to decompress. I know I am in major need of a break!
