Have you still been avoiding post-workout protein shakes? I haven’t been drinking shakes during my pregnancy because there are artificial sweeteners (and who knows what else) in most proteins. I am really missing them though so I’m on the search for a great all natural unsweetened protein. Anyone have any recommendations?
